Alright, In the movie, he his first known as Wade Wilson. onward into the movie, a supposed Body is being operated on. this Body was code named Deadpool(which is Wade's mutant alias) apon getting extra powers added to him, he basicly started to look like a Mortal Combat Baraka Deadpool(laughes), also his MOUTH was soan SHUT. After being decapitated, he later returns after credits, his body seemed to already cut open his mouth again, and as his HAND reached for his head, His eyes Opened widely and said nothing more than "Shhhh." This being a refference to how Deadpool constantly in his own comical sence broke the 4th wall.(Laughes) In a comic strip or 2 he makes refferences to the actor Ryan Renalds who played him in the movie, these refferences are basicly stuff on how he looked under his mask. This being a indirect explanation to the odd character Deadpool in the movie that fans COMPLAINED about the MOST! so how is Baraka Deadpool a good thing? Simple, since he's still alive, he basicly made a suit later on and wheres it constantly to hide his ugly.(because he actually looks like he does in the movie under the mask).
Conclusion, Baraka Deadpool STARTED our beloved gun weilding comicbook Deadpool. And whatever storyline their going with on his movie, IT WILL be good, i hope fans arn't mad about the movie now. Now have a nice time.

Further Explanation on the Matter:
How does that make sence, Towards the End of the movie Deadpool is given several other mutant's powers(like telaporting and Cyclop's eys blast)? When later Deadpool doesnt have those powers except for a teleporting belt or something, but that could be just a lie. Simple, when his head got cut off, it could have taken away all those other powers. Or heres a better theory. They Out right say that 'The Bonding process to his brain isnt quite finished.' This was said because they said they might loose control of Deadpool, which they didnt. So It could have also meant the bonding process with all the mutant powers he has been given is incomplete, meaning He might, A). Not have his NEW* powers permantly, or B). after his head lopped off, it distorted whatever control he had, so his powers are now gone.
So in the End, Deadpool(Wade Wilson) gave the audiance the feeling that hollywood Destroyed his character, only to screw with everyone in his 4th wall breaking way, that it Basicly wasnt.
